I’d like to pretend this is a work of fiction… but the locals know better. 🐊

As the alligator snapped its jaws down, it proceeded to drool like Homer Simpson and uttered a guttural, "Mmmmm...HOA Karen."

You know, the reason I like to end on cliffhangers is because I couldn’t craft this exquisite of a finale if I tried.

Leaving it open is more fun for a story like this I think. It lends a lot to this kind of comedy by forcing us to sit with the consequences of the poor decisions the character(s) made. The implications of what probably happened are clear enough, and this allows the readers to get an extra laugh as they fill in whatever blanks they want.

Wonderful trip through the eyes of a Karen. We like to laugh at them, but they're people too I suppose.
