You should read David Gemmell's "Rigante" series. It's Celtic/Viking inspired. Also, here's another one of mine that's a bit more of an in-depth look into this particular world:
Thanks for the compliment, Ben. I greatly appreciate it. However, the "Chronicles of Cyron" is just what I call my fantasy anthology series (for now). There's no real overarching story: Just a bunch of disparate characters getting into various shenanigans within the same fantasy world.
Works as is, there is more, no doubt, but it isn't needed. Good read.

There is more to the story, no doubt. But it ends well here.
Yeah, I might have to revisit this at some point. I had a whole epic in mind, but it just wasn't ready to reveal itself 😬
